  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Postage cost will be covered at your own expense.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customized or sale items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
